Rich's gladly ships to all 50 states. We use UPS for U.S. shipments. Normal ground UPS takes two to eight working days, depending on your location. In a hurry UPS offers 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Service. All orders will be shipped in the most efficient manner, but please allow a few days for your order to be received.

Rich's Cigar Store prices do not include shipping and state & local tobacco taxes if any. All tobacco and cigar shipments must be signed for by an adult at the point of delivery. We do not ship cigarettes or RYO tobacco.
